Packet loss and high ping

 Cannot play online games properly and service test shows nothing wrong.

Clearly there is something wrong.  Connect to the hub, don't log in, but click on the link "Check router status", then copy and paste (as text, not images) the data for Downstream, Upstream and Network log in replies here.  We'll take a look for obvious problems and see where that leads.
