Packet loss / Poor connection

Hi, 

Just recently i have been experiencing alot of issues regarding my connection. 

I test the speed, that seems to be ok

I check my connections and how many devices are linked to modem. Thats fine too, sometimes its dosn to 3 devices active.

 

But yet when i am gaming  i keep lagging out, my ping becomes 900's & N/A. 

On a different game, i keep loosing connection to server. 

My xbox doesn't log me out of live, just the game servers. 

What could be this be?

Sorry to hear that you have been having connection issues whilst gaming. I've had a look at your connection and all checks out well from the diagnostics. Are you able to confirm if you are still having issues with your connection? Is the xbox using a wired or wireless connection?

Hi corey, 

No its no better, i ended up putting another post on last night because its beyond a joke

Im using wifi boosters, and an ethernet through  that for my xbox because its upstairs. 

But regardless where i am, what time of day, theres alot if packet loss,

My stepson was on his ps4 last night as i was trying to set up playstation remote and i couldnt even do that because our connection is so poor.
