Packet burst/loss and complete loss of connection

Hello,

I keep having these spells of patchy connection with disconnects, packet burst and a complete loss of connection. I started researching the problem last night when I kept getting disconnected from WarZone and came across these forums. I checked the service status site and ran tests to my equipment but VM didn't seem to think anything was wrong. I gathered from other threads that I need to setup a BQM and post some info from the router so please find that info below, if there is anything else please let me know.

I appreciate any help with this.

Your BQM is fine, as are your stats, apart from the Upstream being near the upper limit of 51.

However there are far too many T3's and this may point to something amiss on the Upstream channels.  VM would need to check this out.

Thanks for providing me those details. I've checked on the system and no issues are showing. No outages. All levels are in spec and no issues with the SNR (signal to noise ratio) or congestion.

Things have certainly improved as can be seen on the live BQM. When I made the thread however it looked like this;
