Packet Loss

This has been ongoing for over a month now, here's an example of latest BQM* associated bits.  How do I get this fixed? Had a tech out twice.....and had a new hub already.

Re: Packet Loss

Thanks Carl in the end I contact support and apparently it turns out someone has a break in their line locally which is causing a significant release of noise onto the network. I've been told they're waiting on permission or permits or something before it can be resolved. Latest eta is 9th November!!!
