Packet Loss on Hub 3.0

Hub 3.0 turned up today, solved the latency issue, now have packet loss making gaming impossible. The please don't leave department are going to call me on Tuesday anything I can look at before then?

Having the same issue so seems to be on their end. Have had broadband for 2 years now and has been pretty much spot on, though for the past few days I've been experiencing packet loss making it unenjoyable to game at the moment.

Check the IP address of your connection and that of your BQM.  The link you posted shows I-know-not-what from 12:45pm, but it most certainly isn't pinging your hub from that time onward.

Thanks, might have been the IP address of the vpn I had to pay for to make it usable previously. Have amended now and will monitor.
