Packet Loss nearly every day and Latency spikes

Apologies in advance if this post is formatted weird, I am on my phone because obviously due to the issue hitting at this exact moment I can’t use my pc. 

Every other day I’ve been hit by random packet loss drops and latency spikes that drop connection for every device connected, both wired and wireless. It’ll say it’s connected but nothing. The only reason I even know what’s going on is that I have a BQM set up.

Monday and Tuesday had drops noticeable on the graph but latency was fine. Unsure what’s happened to spike this though. I understand issues to COVID but that had actually calmed down for me and just the usual Virgin Media latency until this started.

I'm having packet loss too. Been happening for weeks but mine is consistent and not spiking.

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . Don't log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?

At least we can check the stats to rule out an issue with the line.

When was the last time your HUB was rebooted?

Looking at your downstream channels there are a hugh amount of errors (Pre RS Errors), which you HUB has not been able to correct (Post RS Errors):
