Packet Loss, Lag Spikes and disconnects

Posted over on the speed forum but guess this might be more appropriate here.  500mb connection has been pretty good for months, but lately is poor.  Sons are constantly getting booted/disconnected from some games and lose connection to Xbox Live (consoles wired connection by Homeplugs). Last night, we couldn't even keep a stable video call with some friends.

Since the above results I have rebooted the Hub 3(I use it only in Modem mode) and now all upstream channels show 64qam and post rs errors not yet appearing yet gaming connection still poor.  Can someone please take a look and try to resolve this please. Unhappy gaming kids are testing my sanity!!

Whilst the stats look ok, the 'Post RS Errors' are a concern, depending on how long the HUB was on, prior to last reboot.

Seems I must have shared a live BQM as the above one now showing a more stable connection.

Upstream channels all at 64qam and no Post RS errors since a reboot on Saturday.  There was a VM van at a neighbours house on Thursday last week so wondering if something was being changed at the cabinet which impacted us?

Will monitor things over the coming 24/48 hours to see how it goes.
