Packet Loss Issue

Finally replaced our old router (now on the Super Hub 3 - could do with more settings like QoS) and thought it'd be nice to have a solid working internet connection, imagine my surprise and disappointment that I find out that whilst our speeds are nice and fast, anything requiring a consistent internet connection like online gaming (Destiny 2, Overwatch, Call Of Duty) I'm routinely disconnected.

It's annoying to say the least. I set this monitor up a few days ago.I set this monitor up a few days ago.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry for the broadband issues. I've checked and there are a few power levels out of spec, so we need to send a tech over. I'll send a PM now to do this. Kind regards,
