Packet Loss - High ping spikes - Unplayable

Lagging every day as per usual on the M500 fibre broadband. Area reference 03 - unplayable

Followed the text line automated messages that a forum team member advised, got me absolutely nothing back.

 

Email message below received from a Forum team member. Please can someone advise me how to get someone to sort the issue?

I just ran a diagnostic and although the signals show as inspec, we both know that's not the case for you. sadly its a case that you need a tech to investigate thoroughly as something is causing the issue, whether it be the external cable or the port in street cab.

 

Can someone advise how to get a tech to investigate?

It's definitely not the wiring or the cabinet.

 

Virgin has not got the capacity to handle all these people online at the same time.

Agreed but i need an option from virgin?

there is obviously an issue in the area, as my friend is exactly the same lots of unplayable packet loss.
