Followed the text line automated messages that a forum team member advised, got me absolutely nothing back.
Email message below received from a Forum team member. Please can someone advise me how to get someone to sort the issue?
I just ran a diagnostic and although the signals show as inspec, we both know that's not the case for you. sadly its a case that you need a tech to investigate thoroughly as something is causing the issue, whether it be the external cable or the port in street cab.
Can someone advise how to get a tech to investigate?
