PSN/PS4 latency

This psn lag is terrible, even with the new router, the superhub 3.0 with no settings changed. Everything else is great, our phones and laptops and the smart tv...

Re: PSN/PS4 latency

Is the PS4 connected via Ethernet or WiFi to the Hub?

Re: PSN/PS4 latency

Hi Avidbrain,

Thanks for your post.

I'm very sorry to hear you are having issues on the PS4. Does this issue happen on all online games you play or just specific ones?

Are all other devices OK when in the same room as the PS4?

What speeds are you getting in that room?

Thanks

Lindsey_C

In that case it could be wireless interference, but the only way to be sure is with a wired test.  If temporarily moving the PS4 to perform a wired test for comparison is not an option then you could try powerline adapters to create a wired connection.
