I keep getting kicked from whatever game I am playing on the Ps5 because of "Lan Cable Not connected" even though I am hardwired to my router.

I have read that I need to set up port forwarding or a static IP, but I don't know how to do that and don't want to mess about in the settings without help.

I have the Virgin Hub 3.0 router. Help appreciated!

Check the cable is fully seated and is a good quality Cat 6a type.

Look on portforward.com for details of how to setup port forwarding, it's a very informative site.

This website looks like it's just selling a software package. I don't want that, I want specific information relevant to Virgin media, not generic advertising selling me software.

That website has specific information for many Routers, including VM Hubs.

It is not just selling software.
