Given that you have tried to use multiple ports on the VM Hub I would suspect that your problem is going to be in one of 3 areas
The PS4 Network Port (is it plugged in firmly with no looseness?)
Is the Cable OK and not damaged in any way? (if in doubt check another cable and test it, and also try that cable in something else like a Laptop etc)
The LAN ports on the Hub may be damaged? (Again check with different LAN Cables into various devices)
If You need to get new cables just get Cat 5E Cables and you don't have to pay the earth either.
