Can some 1 please help me customer service says there's nothing wrong wen they check the line but I've gone from being a 3+kd player on call of duty and a high spm player on any other game I play to literally not being able to get a single kill or defend an obj
My parents switched the broadband so I have no control over it we currently have 200mb broadband I'm using a wired connection and all ports are forwarded and firewall is switched off

Please would you be able to post your network logs from your hub settings.
To do this, in your browser’s URL box type in http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode) and hit return. On the first page up [there should be no need to login if you have done so before]
click on the “router status” icon/text at bottom-middle of first page up and then copy/paste 3 FULL sets of data onto here – from the Downstream, Upstream, & Network Logs pages.
Don't worry too much about the formatting it can be easily read & DON’T include personal data or MAC addresses.
Myself and the community can look into this for you and hopefully find a resolution for this issue.
