Online gaming

My hub has changed to NAT D which has caused our Nintendo switch not to allow games to be played online.

Getting onto the internet and the store ECT isn't an issue but trying to join a lobby for co op gaming, it comes up with a connection error.

Is there a way to change the NAT type on the superhub 3?

Re: Online gaming

Hi Meltas,

I am sorry to hear you've been having issues with this. As the Nat type on a console is based upon on the console grading the connection type based upon its network communication with our hub have you been able to check the support pages from Nintendo regarding Nat related issues?

One of the things they recommend is port forwarding. Nintendo Switch Nat Issues

In some cases rebooting both devices and running a connection test can in some cases update the Nat type on the Switch.

If you need further support on this we'll do our best to help.

Thanks,

Tom_S
