Ongoing problem with Virgin media fibre 200

Hi .As I am absolutely fed up with this crap would someone knowledgeable  help me please to clarify what is going on with my virgin media broadband  200 MB fibre ...It has never been perfect but this year is absolutely  useless .What I mean about is playing competetive games online .Today I've had a latency jumps up to 4000ms every so often on one game.The other times 50 up to 100 is usual.Another strange thing is when I measure the speed and performance on xbox or online speed tests all seems good.But the real time latency on xbox show different. Also even when everything show is normal , somehow it is still like I am playing Fifa 21 with a huge delay.Wifi also is absolutely mental.I've included all the info from my router for reference. Thanks in advance.(NOTE)  I've called VM many time but is useless can't even get connected as there is no option.Ill post the router status on separate message because somehow  it won't go through at once.

Nothing consistent or obviously wrong with the hub's data.  I do note that the SNR is unusually high on a couple of channels, normally high SNR is good, but the values here are ones I've not seen before, so I'll make some enquiries.  That may amount to nothing, so next step is to setup a BQM over at https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality that'll show what's going on with your VM connection.  Post a link to a live, shared graph here and we'll see what's happening.  Usually needs to run for 24 hours before we can draw reasonable conclusions, but the live graph will continuously update so you can post the link immediately.
