Nintendo Switch not received

I signed up for Virgin and was promised the free Nintendo Switch. My service was installed on 2nd April but not done properly so had to wait for that which took a week! We've had TV and Broadband for nearly 2 months, yet whenever I call I am told my service isn't activated yet. The last time I called, last week I even offered to send a picture of us using the service  but the woman just hung up on me. Starting to get extremely sick of Virgin now!
