Hi, trying to connect my switch to the virgin Wi-Fi but it keeps saying problem with DNS I have tried the DNS that my pc is connected to and still says the same i have also googled the virgin DNS and still nothing.. any help?
You should the leave the IP Address settings and DNS settings on automatic on the Switch.
Click on the SSID for your device on the Switch, and on the next screen enter your wifi password
