Network Lag while gaming

Hi All. Over the last few days I've been getting continuous "network lag" warnings while online gaming (ethernet connection). Looking at some of the gaming forums this seems to be a wider issue with the common denominator that they all have Virgin Broadband.  Have tried the usual reboots, resets, factory reset, etc. Any way of checking where the problem lies?

Setup a BQM to monitor your connection.  www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Once it’s up and running post a link to the shared live graph. We can then comment.

Received a DM from the ModTeam saying the issues should be resolved. I've been able to test PUBG and some other services and it seems to have resolved the poor experiences I was seeing. Might be worth checking to confirm you're all able to access it now.
