My broadband went down 5 minutes after midnight and now just shows 100% packet loss.
I tried resetting the hub 3 shortly after and a pin hole reset not long ago today but made no difference.
Does anyone have a solution?
Is your internet connection actually up though? If it is then the likely answer is that your WAN IP address has changed and if so you'll need to setup the BQM again.

Yes my internet connection was actually up and you were right the ip had changed so had to set up a new BQM like you suggested.
Looks like my high utilisation may have finally been fixed around the time my connection dropped the other day
