When testing my connection to xbox network I receive "multiplayer connection problem". I also have slow connection to download online games and apps.
So far I have completed the following:-
- Reset xbox, and updated to latest insider build. Note no saving of xbox settings - complete factory reset.
- It's a wired connection, using Virginmedia supplied CAT6 ethernet cable, no kinks or known issues.
- NAT test shows, open on xbox.
- Speed test from xbox settings 512mbps down and 40mbps up.
- Speed test from speedtest.net, non virginmedia server - 360mbps down, 34mbps up. Give or take on both.
- Reset virginmedia hub3 to factory default.
- Tested again, still same problems.
- Ran virginmedia line tests - fine, and area fine.
I have a paid, and upto date, xbox subscription + free games add on.
