Massive packet loss - UB3 Area

Hi Guys, be having massive packet loss issue since Saturday in the UB3 area.
Trying to stream is a no go with 40% packet loss.

Try disabling your routers firewall. This fixed the packet loss for me. Obviously not ideal but was the only way i could fix mine

Well the dreaded packet loss is back again.
I cant stream for crap today at all.

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE VM!!
