Connection has been flawless for so long I can't remember, until the last 10 days I keep getting an issue, noticable when online gaming on any game. I can still see others moving and can here people talk to me on VOIP but I can't reply or move my character etc.
To me this indicates a loss of upload, I will then usually get disconnected or if short enough it will come back.
Your help is greatly appreciated. I would say it happens around 4 or 5 times a night, restarting the hub doesn't resolve the issue.
The large number of Post RS errors for the downstream channels and the RCS Partial service errors in the log are not healthy. I suspect the logs are on GMT rather than BST so that would explain the hour difference.
This will need a technician to visit you to investigate and sort these issues. You can call VM and try to book a visit or wait for the VM staff to get to this thread and they can help you book a visit. It may take the staff a few days to get to this thread.

Technician out today, he said he's cleaned the fibre ends and balanced the upload streams. Said to keep an eye on it over the next few weeks and report back if I'm still having issues. Concerned that my upload speed on 200mb is bouncing between 5-8mb on speedtest depending on the different server but might be related to the change.
Note the engineer was here between 3:20pm and 4pm.
