Losing connection on wired Xbox

We have a sh3 wired to Xbox but it still loses connection each day at some point, even as wired. 

we restart the router every day at least once for WiFi but used to be being told it’s likely due to our house etc, even though WiFi issues include the same room as SH3. WiFi checker doesn’t give us black spots.

Your upstream channels are out of spec (The 'QAM' value should be 64 on all four channels) which shows an issue with your line.

Sorry, losing WiFi connection to even load this webpage. 

Do I phone virgin and quote this or will service desk just fob me off on other issues? This is a relatively new sh3 provided to replace the last to solve issues last reported, which it clearly doesn’t.
