Started a half hour ago. Service status says ok, but its not.
Any news on what has gone wrong?
Can't seem to stay connected for any more than a few mins, connection comes back after 30 sec ish, then gone again.

Can you please advise me how things are currently looking?
Are you able to connect over both Wi-Fi and a wired connection?
I've looked into the local area and there doesn't appear to be an outages that may be effecting you.
If you've ran any diagnostics on the hub in your own time, it would be helpful to know what you've tried so far
Connection problems lasted about 30-40 mins then became stable again.
