Hi Chris, this doesnt change that i am having issues, you can see in my BQM that i am having sevre issues whilst gaming. I dont suppose there is anything you can do, then i want to know how i can get out of this contract without the massive fees, i upgraded my package about 3/4 weeks ago now and ive only had issues since, i know there is nothing wrong my end but i shouldnt be punished or falsely given a connection that is apparently perfect.
Im going to leave Virgin as there seems to be no fix and i cannot go on playing like this. Please can i get any information about how to leave without the fees as this is something that is virgins fault i shouldnt have to pay for this inconvience.
