I have been experiencing latency issues and after looking through this forum it seems i am one of many, two of my friends with virgin media are also experiencing this issue whilst friends with other networks such as BT, SKY and hyperoptic are not.
I have seen a lot of complaints from customers with 0 accountability with the hope of a resolution from Virgin media it seems there is no other option but to leave when my contract ends in June. I understand this situation of COVID-19 could never be predicted but after yesterday having an engineer repair chewed wiring and replace my modem and still have the issues with terrible latency where else can i go from here? in the meantime, i have purchased a router to replace the superhub3. Can Virgin Media give us a realistic time frame for when this issue will be fixed as im sure i am just one of many who will also have no other option but to leave aswell?
