Latency issues after speed upgrade

Hello all

I recently upgraded to the 500m package (broadband only) and ever since have been getting terrible latency playing online games. This started happening the moment I upgraded my speed and wondered if this has anything to do with it. I'll post my router stats in a few minutes. I had this issue before due to power levels and this was sorted with an adapter on my coax cable.

Looks like your upstream power levels are too low, and the Network log confirms a poor connection.  The coax device is probably an attenuator.  Turn the hub off, try taking that out of line and seeing if things improve when you've restarted.  If they don't improve put it back, tell us (and repost the upstream power levels and Network log), and the forum staff can advise on nest steps that will probably then mean you need a technician visit.  Don't worry about Covid, this is how the field guys dress at the moment.

I took out the 6db attenuator and the connection didn’t improve. The power levels are lower see below. The attenuator was fitted the last time I had issues due to low upstream power levels

BQM is fine, surprisingly.  But the network log confirms a poor connection that keeps dropping, and with or without the attenuator your upstream power levels are too low.  I'll flag the post for the forum staff to advise on next steps.
