Latency , high ping spikes including packet loss SuperHub 3 issues

Have been getting issues especially when gaming , a lot of rubberbanding occurs and now at idle it's more noticeable..

I've tried cmd > ping google.co.uk -t and it comes with Minimum = 14ms , Maximum = 201ms, Average = 26ms and this is just at idle with browsing

It's even worse when I do the ping test on the superhub3 page as it says

ShiningMoon_0-1602770929920.png

I've set up a BQM: https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/c8fc5c5978791511ab576ed42c38c4ab7e...

This one is updated today:

https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/039b5ea3a9b8abb9c1cd344eaf07afcaa3...

I've had a look at my hub3 and there are a few errors and criticals... Is my connection or superhub3 faulty??

Any help would be appreciated, thank you

It won't let me post all of it but here are the recent ones:

Nothing conclusive in that log fragment, but on what there is it could well be normal.  Post up the Downstream and Upstream data from where you found the Network log and we can take a look.

BQM is uncomfortably spikey, difficult to be certain about the cause so far.

Thanks for the reply, here is the latest one, although I have noticed from yesterday the upstream modulation was 32 and has changed to 64 now

Re: Latency , high ping spikes including packet loss SuperHub 3 issues

At the moment you took that, the status was mostly good (although uncorrectable errors on channel 15 hint at something).  Upstream is good when posted, but if it is dropping back to 32 (or 16) QAM, then there's probably an upstream noise issue - and again the upstream T3 timeouts indicate there's something amiss.

Hold on here (could be a day or two) for the forum staff to comment.
