Latency and ping spikes

Hy there! Been having ping and latency spikes for like a month now! During peak times are worse!

Before i was using the hub 3.0 and i thought maybe if i get a new router and use bridge mode this would stop! It didn't!

I've got a xr500 nighthawk gaming router! I do use QoS and also tryed to lower the mtu size! Still nothing!

Hope someone on virgin could sort this out ASAP!

Many thanks

Re: Latency and ping spikes

Welcome to the club. I have exact same issue. Any multiplayer game is unplayable. It has nothing to do with you, it's simply Virgin's horrible infrastructure where they serve more customers than their network can hold. Be happy at least you can watch YouTube all day with no problems, wait...nope you can't do that either. Love you Virgin Media!
