Latency and ping Spikes

Hi,
over the last few months I have noticed latency spikes playing online games during peak times causing my games to lag now and then, also my download speed can drop to below the minimum at these times. never had issue with virgin before this started and I’ve been with virgin for many years. 
I have spoken to a number for virgin technicians over the last few weeks, all they advise is to reset / reboot my hub, check cables etc, never get any further with them.

can someone take a look at my BQM graphs below, I started the monitor on 06/01 straight after I factory reset my Hub
