Since the weekend I've been having latency issues and massive ping spikes that will swing between 20ms and 200+ ms quite frequently, I've tried to call and they said they saw and issue and to monitor over the next 48 hours to see if it had been fixed. It wasn't fixed after this so I called up again but got cut off after 30+ minutes on hold so I thought I'd try a different avenue.
I'm on a wired connection and only started having these issues this weekend but they have been quite constant since then
I'm having the exact same issues as you. Down to the same time period too, apart from mine started about a week ago.
Managed to get through to the call centre and was told there was nothing wrong. Was instructed to reset my Super Hub 3, which I did numerous times before calling, and was told to see how it goes and ring back if all was not well. Funnily enough my connection was back to normal for about 24hrs and now has gone back to ridiculous latency and ping spikes which makes the internet borderline useless.
