Latency Variation/Jitter and Packet Loss

For the last couple of weeks no on and off I have been experiencing higher than usual latency variation and packet loss in area 22, I have restarted my hub 2 multiple times to no difference, I also use my own routor and have tested to make sure the issue is not with that.

Fairly constant lost packets across the top.  If you've had the BQM setup for a while can you see when it started? 

Suggest you post your power levels and stats

Hi sorry for late reply. I have only had it setup a few days since issues started so nothing from before hand. Had an outrage last night where speed dropped to essentially nothing but as you can see on the monitor issues still persist. Will drop power levels below.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention 

I have done a bit of digging and can see we have an Issue in your area with SNR

You may find that your Broadband, Virgin TV and On Demand Services may be intermittent at the moment 

This is logged under reference number F007469822  

The estimated fix time for this to be completed is 22/10/19

If you need an update we can help you

Just had an outtage for a short while came back up and issue keep getting worse, I did a quick speed test on top of looking at the monitor and it's not looking good at all. https://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/5408639148

We apperently had an engineer in the area today. Issues still persist however, I'm going to post a link to speed test and stats from my super hub. You can see my thinkbroadband graph at the start of the thread.
