Latency Unplayable

My VM connection (350mbs) has never been up to standard, and I've now had 12 months of issues with it.

Recently, Virgin have been out and done some work on the box near my property, and since then, all online gaming is just unplayable. Constant drop outs of connection, sometimes ping exceeding 500ms for short periods of time. I have set-up a BQM since Monday this week as I've just about had enough with this service.

Last time I reported this, nothing was done. If it weren't for the £240 early termination fee I'd be on my way.

Last 24hrs BQM:

Please can somebody advise what I'm to do next? I have a gaming PC & PS5 which I like to use in my spare time. Neither are usable with this awful connection I'm trying to work with. Whatever work was done last week has worsened the connection 10 fold.

BQM Shows clear latency spikes and frequent packet loss, even at times when we're not at home / using any devices. https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/948a781b2fb6858145d6bf9a748b4c7a8e...

Post the power levels and network log from the Hub please.

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up.

Hi @thomasedwardkin thanks for your post here in the Community, although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised.

I have ran some checks for you and it looks like there is an outage on the network unfortunately, which is causing intermittent performance so please accept my apologies for this.

The estimated time of fix is: 12 September at 09:00 so please let us know if you have any further issues after this time and if so, we can revisit for you.

Manty thanks
