Latency / Ping Unstable.

Getting progressively worse over the course of 3 or so weeks to the point I cant play any game without my ping spiking every 5 seconds, tried direct connecting to the HUB, tried restarting, tried using WiFi, tried using a different computer to rule out any issues with my own PC, same problem.

We can't see anything too worrying from the above, are the issues being experienced through wired devices as well as WiFi?
