Latency Ping Issues - D.A. Postcode

Experiencing high pings, bad latency and disconnects while gaming. Tried calling support but keep getting the message that offices are closed at the times I am available to call.

I have attached logs from the previous 24 hours but  this has been going on for a while now and is usually a lot worse.

Re: Latency Ping Issues - D.A. Postcode

Should add that I am on the M200 pack. Downgraded from the 500 because of the issues with the hub 3 so went back to my hub 2 and my own Asus router where everything was working fine until recently. Just needed someone to check my logs to see if anything stands out.

Thanks

Enable QoS on your Asus router limit downstream -10Mb of your upto speed and -1Mb of your upload speed.

QOS was already enabled and set with the graphs I posted. I've been adjusting it to see if it made any difference but the latency and pings are still awful.

If you can get the MAC of your router and put it on your PC/laptop and allow ICMP inbound for remote IP 80.249.99.164

or just connect a PC/laptop to the hub in modem mode and power off for 2mins and setup a new BQM.

Open network properties for your NIC and change the locally administered address to the routers MAC this way you can swap your router to a PC under the same MAC for testing.
