Me and my brother have both experienced latency issues when playing multiple games on our platforms. He is using his Xbox and PS4 on wireless whilst I am on PC connected directly to the router via Ethernet. These latency issues have only just started occurring, we both used to get around 20ms but I am averaging around 60-80ms with spikes of 200ms+ whilst he is averaging around 140ms due to him being on wired connection.
I was just wondering if there is anything that Virgin could do to help.
