Latency Issues - Croydon Area

Another day of bad latency and disconnections from virgin media! 

The M500 is terrible, constant issue with online with servers. Packet loss is unplayable.

What a joke ...never recommending

how are you connecting Wireless or hard wired ?
what are you playing on ps4/xbox/gaming pc ?

have you changed any settings in the hub ?

Xbox - wired connection 

I haven't changed anything. Only change my DNS sometimes as Virgins is terrible of late.

It is likely down to over utilisation in your area with everyone being told to stay home.

I'm on ps4 and have had this problem every day from December and has gone worse this last week or so.

I have not been told a date for mine to be fixed because of the pandemic.....
