London SM5 here, the exact same curve on my BQM graph, seems to be a local issue to London as have had a few people complain of a similar problem here.

Hi Tony,

 

I am a Virgin tech, in regards to upgrading, I believe the 200mpbs package is sufficient for most if not all setups. 350mpbs is overkill in a sense, depends on how much you download I,E games and movies on a regular basis. 

Upgrading in my opinion will not change much if there is a underlying issue with the cable or network. 

Many factors are involved that can affect your internet, may be a case of getting your setup looked at when this situation blows over.

Yes extremely useful information.

Whether you're connecting via RDP for 12 hours a day is irrelevant to us.

 

We're having issues with gaming latency.

The virgin support seems like they are bots, not real people. They just copy and paste ready posts. They been told by top management to spam this **bleep** and do nothing. Thousands of people are facing the issue with latency. I already sent an complaint to them. Will see what they will do about that. If that doesn't help I suggest we team up with some group of people and take them to the court. They can't ignore such a move.

Anything for my area because our gaming latency is horrendous right now.... even if speedtest says we're getting full speed.
