Large packet loss

hello,

I use shadow which a video game streaming service for the last two year now.

over the last 3 weeks I’ve been in contact with them to find out why I have been having such a large increase in packet loss which seem to be the main reason that my stream is effected. 

they have made the suggestion to“ Contact the internet provider and refresh your connection. It is like rebooting your network” 

can they be made possible via this service or do I need to book an engineer?

HI Bamrugby87, thanks for contacting us regarding the service and we want this to be as fault free as possible. Can you confirm if you are still having issues with this, we have checked the area and cannot see any outages. Can you do a pin hole reset and ensure all cables are secure, let us know if this improves anything - Chris
