Large amounts of packet loss and latency detected through BQM and other tools

Started on the 02/09/2023 and has continued on. I live in Farnborough. However, a friend who lives nearby and also is with virgin media appears to be unaffected.

If any additional information is need I'll happily provide it.

Just checked today and it’s still and ongoing issue, in fact it’s got worse.

Sorry to hear of any broadband issues. 

I have checked the system today and no issues are showing. No outages, levels are in spec etc.

I do therefore hope everything has been sorted but do let us know if you need further assistance.
