We have the 1gig broadband we run 4 xboxs not all at the same time but when playing any shooting games the lantancy and pocket loss spike very high games are very lagging sometimes unplayable please help its driving me mad

Yes i will do that now for you 

Your new BQM shows clearly the break when you rebooted the Hub, which proves it is the correct IP. 

But it also shows the packet loss stopping, which might suggest a faulty Hub.

In any case, it needs a visit from a competent technician.

Whats the chances of someone coming out and knowing what they are talking about coz this is really starting to stress me out 

Still have same problem not heard off any body , pods are still not connected been on the phone for over a hour
