Lagging

Hi my game just lags like hell, I have 120 speed thing. But call of duty just can’t play it.  Can anybody help me as I can’t get hold of virgin they just keep doing tests and say it fine. Really starting to stress me out. How do I contact them to cancel it

Uk yes.   That’s the max we can get in our area for download speed.  That’s fine it’s just playing Xbox the game lags like hell. Downloading games and updates is fine. Been on customer support they say it’s fine. But as a gamer I know it’s not. Not even play able.   So I changed all my Xbox settings to get the best out of it and still lags.   Looking on here lots of people have the same issue.

VM don't offer a 120mb service in the UK, what package are you on?

Are you connected over WiFi or wired?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing lagging- I know this can be very frustrating. 

 

Can you perform a pin hole reset of the hub? This will take the hub back to factory settings but can eliminate any errors. I'd recommend a timed 60 seconds.
