Just thought I'd come to here now, have contacted Virgin about my lagging whilst gaming and pretty much been told there's nothing that can be done.
I have attached an image of a speedtest, which most will notice, seems extremely high, so why would I have an issue? I've tried looking into this deeper and it seems across my internal network I do have an extremely high jitter, also when gaming amount of packets lost is way higher than it should be.

I do use Sonos devices and Phillips hue across the house and has seen that sometimes these can cause a higher amount of traffic across your internal network, so left these off for a few days to see if the issue would clear up, but it didn't.
I have also ran my PC directly into the router using a cat6 ethernet cable, and still receiving lagging issues, also jitter can sometimes be as high as 120ms on speedtests!
Understand here that it may just be game servers that are what are causing lag, but I have friends on PC, PS4 and Xbox. We've all been in games together and they've had no issues at all, and I'm bouncing around the map.
Any help on this is appreciated, let me know if you can help if I send over any router stats etc, pulling my hair out with this one and want to try and get to the bottom of it.
