Lag

Having lag issues was fine but now I’ve moved it is back again. 

done all the resets nothing fixing it

Hi Babasan, 

Really sorry to hear that you've been having some issues since moving, this isn't good. 

I'm also sorry for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than normal. 

Can I ask how things are looking at the moment?

I have had a look at the back end of things and I'd be keen to do some further diagnostics if you could do a reboot on the hub for me first?

Once you've done this let me know and we can take it from there.

Thanks for that. 

Since my last check we've now identified an issue in the area under the reference F008428759. This will be causing intermittent issues with the services. This was raised on the 22/09/20 19:00 and is due to be resolved by the 30/09/20 by 09:00am. 

I do apologise for any inconvenience this will cause in the meantime and if you're still having issues with the service after the fix time then pop back so that we can update you further.

This is still unresolved and seems worse I have 46ms of jitter it’s ridiculous
