I have had to reject your image as it shows your external IP address and this is personal information and should not be posted on an open public forum as well as being against the forum rules.
But when I had a look at the graph you connection seems to be suffering from high utilization on your local VM network, here where comes a problem as it will not be a quick fix as Virgin-media are going to need to update your local cabinet.
Personally I would wait until one of the VM forum team get to the post and they can this report it may take several days as they are quite busy.
