Please someone look into a fix for the game-breaking lag I have playing COD MW. I’m out of contract and one phone call away from a cancelling as I’ve had enough.

One of your upload channels appears out of spec so will require an engineer to investigate.
When was the last time you rebooted the HUB?
I received a new hub a couple of weeks ago and I’ve rebooted the new hub every day. I’m not prepared to keep paying so much for such a poor service. This is last chance saloon. It’s easier to cancel than to fix.
As I said an engineer will need to investigate the line.

I saw your post and the bqm, it is much worse than my connection. Unacceptable isn’t it?! I’m waiting to hear from someone at vm but if nothing, I’ll cancel and go back to BT.
