Lag, buffering and wifi drop outs

I am getting increasingly frustrated with my virgin media 1gig connection with superhub 4.

Firstly randomly my WiFi completely drops out 

Secondly my ethernet wired xbox series x lags

Thirdly my virgin tv box also wired buffers sometimes on netflix

And lastly although the speed is fast my online gameplay is bad on the superhub 4 

I'm paying a shed load of money 💰 and I now wish I had EE fttp service

I'm sorry to hear about the broadband services causing issues recently.

Can I ask if you are able to take all the connections out and reconnect them and perform a pin hole reset on the Virgin Media hub? (Pop a pin in the reset pin hole, found at the back of the hub for 40 seconds).
Are you also able to try another ethernet cable?
