Over the past week I have had terrible lag spikes and packet loss. I have reset my router back to factory config and fully wiped my PC. My connection is wired. On the morning of the 12th my router completely died and refused to turn back on. VM sent out a 'new' router today but the problem still persists. VM call centre wasn't much help, they gave the usual problem in your area script, however they have recently contacted us telling us that the problem has been fixed, but this has not fixed the lag spikes and packet loss.
