My Ps5 connects via Wi-Fi and registers the cat6 Ethernet cable but can’t connect to the internet.
works on any other device connected via wifi
tried all ports and still nothing

I am assuming you are connecting the PS5 directly to the Hub with a network cable & that is what does not work.
Does the Hub work with a (wifi disabled) laptop cable connected to its network ports ?

I had paused a connection in the connect app called Sony smart phone as I didn’t recognise it. Unpaused it and it worked.
