Seeing as I couldn’t get any help from my last post, is there nothing I can do about this crazy lag?
It’s unbearable.. do I really have to change providers over it?

You're not helping yourself by creating numerous topics because now all the information is in 2 other topics. Is it just the xbox which lags?

Just the Xbox. My computer and laptop is fine it’s just when I’m online gaming it turns to garbage

I do apologise for posting about it again it’s just doing my head in being at work all day and I can’t even come in and de stress on the Xbox. If someone could help me out I’d appreciate it

Understandable, now is it Wired or Wireless connection to the Xbox?

it’s wired mate, I’ve tried wireless too seeing as the router is basically next to the Xbox and had the exact same problems.

On the Xbox can you go to Settings > Network then select Test Multiplayer Connection and from there tell me what it reports.

It says ‘there are no problems with your connection with multiplayer’
It literally says this everytime wether the connection is great or garbage I never understand it

It should give networking stats like Nat Type and Ping to the server you're connected to.
https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/Hardware-Network/connect-network/xbox-one-nat-error
Check these, and let me know what it says, thanks.

Oh sorry haha.
on the ‘Network Statistics’
Download speed 48.26mbps
upload speed 6.35mbps
packet loss 5%
mtu 1480
latency 52ms
network status says my Nat type is open and on ipv4
